Actually there were a few women who posted in response to Dimonds

post and Martha was one of them. It is really sad that she is leaving

but I know how she feels that is why I had to quit being moderator

here, because sometimes it just seems like Martha in particular likes

to belittle women who speak up and trust me, it will just continue to

happen because Martha loves adversity. I really hope that Dimonds

will reconsider but probably not. Dr Kolb also makes some of us feel

that we cannot say anything bad about PS in general, she always

thinks we are refering to her, it is really pathetic because one

person says something about plastic surgeons that does not mean we

were talking about her. If she is going to post on a support group

she should be able handle the fact that most of us are not that

thrilled with plastic surgeons in general, and not everything is

about her.

Sorry but I had to speak up here, I am sure I will take some crap for

it too. Oh well. I have had to deal with that before as well. I am

used to it. I just don't understand why we have to always watch what

we say in fear that we will offend Dr Kolb. If she wants to help

women that is fine but that does not mean that everyone is always

talking about her.

giving support and helping all of the victims who come here with all

bound to be differences. That is just the way it seems to go. But

for the most part, I do feel that this place is " safe " and a haven

for all harmed by implants. I hope you won't feel it necessary to

leave, but I respect your decision one way or the other. I hope we

have been able to give you some tips on the yeast situation--I think

we've provided quite a few options. I do wish you the best and hope

that you can fully overcome any remaining obstacles you face.

Good luck , I hope you are able to educate them all so they will understand us and take us seriously. I am not sure how it works when one person is working alone to figure it all out, but I wish you the best.
