Guest guest
Kathy, you are right on target, and everthing you say about thyroid is what I read, live, do, tell, and live by. Thyroid it is very complicated, other hormones can be involded, and holisitc doctors are the best way, and the only ones for me. Supplements like magnesiun, and calcium are a must as well plently of fiber, selenium, iodine, and fiber again: I mean alot of fiber will help the thyroid hormone, med or natural to be uptaken. Diet with no refined carb is a must as carbs are damaging to the endocrinine system. I absolutly swear by Dr Mercola, and thank God for his patience, understanding, and most of all openness in all of this. I wish I only had to worry about lab values, that's enough in itself. I also have a small (unnoticable) goiter, thyroid nodules, and slow metabolism to deal with it. Thyroid is by far the most difficult, for many people to deal with, esp if they have Hashimotos, improper treatment will inbalance adrenals, estogen, ect.I am and have been living in thyroid frenzy forever! I hope this will answer alot of my problems, the progesterone replacement. Please Lord! MSN 8 helps ELIMINATE E-MAIL VIRUSES. Get 2 months FREE*.
