Dear

I hope we can convince you not to get them. I am sure in the

beginning when the pain wears off you will feel the following things,

you will be surprised how hard they feel, you will be surprised how

unfomfortable they are, bulky, maybe ripply(saline generally is

ripply) if you are thin you will be surprised how fake they look,

even with smaller sized implants. However you will also be thrilled

with the new way you look in clothes, you will get more attention esp

from other men, it may or may not be that way with your husband, mine

is just the same no different at all. You will like them at first. It

is only over time that you will be questioning your choice. Esp if

you have local problems that will cost more money to fix, and more so

if you have big time problems like allot of us are having. Most women

are not followed up on for many years, so in the beginning esp those

of us who have always been flat, are very thrilled with having

breasts. If they were to do long term studies I think that would

change.

Please try not to judge yourself by your friends. Try not to make a

choice based on what you think others are expecting of you, do not do

it if you have a gut feeling not to. I had that, and many of us that

got sick had that same feeling, something told me not to do it, I

even cancelled like you and rescheduled. I wish I had followed my gut

instinct, but eventually I was going to get them, so I guess that is

the price I had to pay.

I have also been told by many many Dr's that it was not the implants.

When I ask them why I was so sick and why all my labs that showed

lupus are normal, they get very quiet and have no answers.

I work in the medical field(am studying to be a nurse) i worked as a

CNA and a Unit secretary and Trauma coordinator for over 10 years. I

worked at Stanford University in Cal and many many Dr's there did

tell me that all ALL implants carry risks. I did not listen to the

smart Docs, and once I got them, and got sick, I could not find a Dr

who believed me until I found Dr Lu-Feng in Ohio. She was my

explanting surgeon. She was so awesome, she does tons of explants,

everyday. She sees so many sick women. Not one woman in that office

has implants, they are all ALL small chested and proud. It is not

because they have not been tempted, but the RN Kris who took care of

me told me she is terrified of implants after all the sickness she

sees. These are MEDICAL PROFESSIONALs. So I believe them, afterall

most women love the implants so much they live in denial of problems.

I have found that the majority will not give them up and will just

live life sick rather than get rid of them, many many of them will

take the implants to the grave. It is so sad.

Good luck whatever you do, I hope you will not do it. Get enhancers

like Patty and I wear(mine are very small) I like them, I wear them

on the outside, way safer!

hugs
