Going to be natural... and so excited

May as well be truthful on the road to recovery and help confuse

everybody by signing this with my real name.

Got a date for explantation on Friday of next week. I will fly (will

be flown!!!) to London on Thursday for an early morning consultation

with ps and will be at the mercy of his scalpel on Friday.

It is ferociously expensive to stay in London, but I will stay three

nights in a hotel so that I can have drains removed there if they

need to stay in that long. I was promised dissolvable stitches

(stitches will dissolve in their own time) and can come back to have

the plasters removed or have any(aaaaargh!!) nurse here do it.

I think it is safe to drive when it feels right. A week would be the

least I imagine.

This is so very exciting, and so much like when getting implants,

though it does feel like a lot of weight will be taken of my chest...

I hope I won't be too woozy to go to an internet cafe and tell you

all how it went!
