You are a lucky one! I wish I had gained in the boob department! I know trying to lose the weight is an ordeal in itself, but hey, as you said, the weight gain had to be good for something!

On another note, it is known that silicone is estrogenic, so perhaps some of you will end up with larger breasts due to your estrogenic exposure. A few women have ended up with larger breasts after explant than what they had at implantation.

I two have gained alot of weight, 30 pounds. My bust size also increase up to a double DD. I was explanted this last April on the 22nd and to my surpise I am now wearing a 36 D. In fact friends I havn't see for awhile would never know that I was explanted.Your Boobs as you know are fat. I gained 30 pounds of fat.chances are that you will be surpised at how large you still are. While you still have the weight gain this could be the perfect time to be explanted. When you start losing weight your checst will than shrink slowly. All this weight gain had to be good for something..............

I asked about this also when I was explanted in 1998. I was told that this was not a feasible option for cosmetic reasons. The nurse told me it was a very complicated, intense and expensive procedure, and that they only offered that option to women who were recovering from a mastectomy. However, like I said, that was in 1998, 5 years ago, maybe things have changed so much that they can now offer this. I would be curious, and shocked actually if they did offer this to you. Oh, and I was told that even if I wanted to do it, I couldn't because I didn't have any fat tissue available!

I have only gained 12 lbs. I was an "a" and now a "d' and going to be explanted soon. I sure hope there is something left....Thought about having some stomache fat removed and put into my chest. My scale says I have about 25% body fat and I weigh 151, I am 5'5". What do you gals think about transferring some stomache fat up to the chest. Is that feasible or opening a whole new can of worms......

Patty, I completly agree about the estrogen domiance, from implants and other enviromental factors that saturate us daily (look at all our young girls starting periods and grwoing breasts now aroung the average age of 10, opposed to ten years ago when it was 13) -as I have all the symptoms- thyroid disease, joint pain, infection, hair loss, growths (fibrisitc breasts and nodules on the thyroid gland) and breast and weight gain. I was a 34 b before I had them, and always thin my whole life and went to a 34d with them. (about 20 pounds heavier, despite a rigid adherance to diet and excersise ever since I got those things) . Now, I'm telling you , I think I am a 36c!.Boy did I "fluff out" My b's are all too small! That's why my progesterone treatment that I have been on for only a mere 12 days has CHANGED MY LIFE! I feel great -Joint pain- down by like 70% and my energy, water retention, and attitiude is like BEAUTIFUL AGAIN! Cant wait to see how much lighter my period will be. And Dr Mercola told me unless I was extremly estrogen dominant, full effects arent seen for at least 3 months, and for me to be seeing these results so fast, tells him I was EXTREMLY estrogenic. I cant wait to see myself in 3 months! Ive lost about 2 pounds pounds steady so far! And I feel great! Love anna
