I have been taking this supplement too, because I have had some hair

loss that has concerned me, don't know if anything is really helping

yet, I have been using the nioxin shampoo which I like allot, because

it makes my hair soft and I don't have so many tangles. I still feel

mine is more related to thyroid issues, too high etc. I know that

armour is not for me. I am off it now and am able to sleep at night

and still I feel hyper, I sweat allot too when working out, tons more

than I used to. Is it possible that my thyroid is hyper on its own? I

guess I will have to wait till I get more blood drawn to know for

sure.

Yes, get more bloodwork, especially to check for anti-TPO antibodies. That is what will tell you if you have an autoimmune thyroid condition. Hashimoto's can flare like any other autoimmune disease, so you may be doing really good now and not showing many symptoms. Especially with all the exercise you do, you are probably helping keep your thyroid healthy. But it is good to know for sure about the antibodies.
