Guest guest Posted July 4, 2010 Report Share Posted July 4, 2010 Hi Bee, I am reading about the 0 carbs. If I didn't have carbs I wouldn't have enough to eat. I have been on your program for 6 months but just started doing fitday. I was doing way more protein than recommended for my height (5'2 " ) until I figured out fitday. I'm only supposed to have 57g protein/day. I nearly always go over, but I try to get my fats up to 80% (usually 75% or higher). The carbs go over my recommended amount sometimes. If your protein grams are 57, then your fats and carbs should be: Low fats: 143 grams High fats: 200 grams Carbs: 46 grams No it is not harmful to have more protein if your fats are high enough.
