Guest guest
Hi Lori and Daryl, I have some info that I think will help you. I got a phone call this morning from Caroline Bromm, and she is a wealth of info on the lawsuit. Here's what she suggested. First of all, both you are can still get in the lawsuit, as can anyone can file on or before the "effective date"....a date which has not yet been set, so at this point anyone can still file as a LATE CLAIMANT. Here are the numbers to call--she gave me 3: 1-866-874-6099 she said this was a message of some sort 1-800-651-7030 1-888-577-7526 You must request a form for later filers, called a "Notice of Intent", which is to let them know you are intending to file a claim in this lawsuit, something to do with Rule 3005. You will need a proof of some sort that you had a DOW implant. Daryl, in your case, since your was a Uphoff implant, you will have to file under the Revised Settlement Program, joining as a late registrant. Call 1-800-600-0311. If you choose to, you will need to get an attorney that still takes Dow late registrant cases. She gave me the name of a very good lawyer she used in Florida, named Sheryl Berkowitz, phone number 1-800-832-6753. Hopefully this info will get both of you on the road to filing some kind of claim for some kind of restitution. I certainly hope it works for you. Please let us know what happens from this point.
