Guest guest
Quick question. I just wanted to ask if you massage your breasts and if so, how often? Many PSs tell patients different things about not massaging/massaging, but I think you are in a unique position since you have so much experience and have implants yourself. I have read the CC occurs more often in women who were told to massage than not, since the broken scar tissue from constant massaging will be replaced by more scar tissue, etc. But this, as with many things concerning implants right now, has no concrete evidence to back it up (which hopefully changes soon). What are your thoughts? Thanks for your time. - K
Guest guest
I was more than a bit surprised to read that Dr. Kolb replaced her silicone implants with saline and is happy with them. Kenda
Guest guest
I am not so sure that the Glamour article has revealed the truth there.... I've communicated with her personally, as many of our group have (who are her patients), and I think she still has symptoms of illness that she tries to manage, and at some point in time, will be trying to remove her salines as well. At least that is what I heard from others. You can review our archives, as she used to be a member here and posted herself about what she is still dealing with. Guest guest
I hope you’re right, I was very surprised to read that she was happy with her salines and thought women ought to have the choice to implant. Guest guest
Kenda, she is def not happy with them, and has them more for scientific purposes that will help our casue later on. Whether we agree on it or not, she does have them for appearances as all. >From: "glory2glory1401" <glory2glory1401@...> >Reply- > >Subject: Re: Dr. Kolb >Date: Wed, 13 Apr 2005 02:18:14 -0000 > > > >I am not so sure that the Glamour article has revealed the truth >there.... Guest guest
I’m glad, it seemed contradictory to me that she had them and was quoted as being pleased with them.
