This really does work, i did it once and lost 7 pounds and a bunch of ladies at work also did. They claim it works on a chemical reaction but who knows. I think part of it is cause it is low carb.Breakfastblack coffee or tea1st day-1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast,2tbsp of peanut butter.2nd day- 1 egg,slice toast, 1/2 banana3rd day- 5 saltine crackers,1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small appleLunch 1st day-1/2 can of tuna, 1 slice of toast,coffee or tea2nd day-1 cup of cottage cheese,5 saltine crackers.3rd day-1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast.Dinner1st day-2 slices of any kind of meat(about 30z), 1 cup of string beans, 1 cup of beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.2nd day-2 Hot dogs,1 cup of broccoli,1/2 cup of carrots,1 banana,1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.3rd day-1 cup of tuna,1 cup of beets,1 cup of cauliflower,1/1 cantaloupe,1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

It must have been a typo, it is 1/2 a cantoloupe, I always got small

ones cause 1/2 can be too much and I liked to eat it with the ice

cream. Yummy!
