This really does work, i did it once and lost 7 pounds and a bunch of

ladies at work also did. They claim it works on a chemical reaction

but who knows. I think part of it is cause it is low carb.

Breakfast

black coffee or tea

1st day-1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast,2tbsp of peanut butter.

2nd day- 1 egg,slice toast, 1/2 banana

3rd day- 5 saltine crackers,1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple

Lunch

1st day-1/2 can of tuna, 1 slice of toast, coffee or tea

2nd day-1 cup of cottage cheese,5 saltine crackers.

3rd day-1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast.

Dinner

1st day-2 slices of any kind of meat(about 30z), 1 cup of string

beans, 1 cup of beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

2nd day-2 Hot dogs,1 cup of broccoli,1/2 cup of carrots,1 banana,1/2

cup of vanilla ice cream.

3rd day-1 cup of tuna,1 cup of beets,1 cup of cauliflower,1/1

cantaloupe,1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

This diet is said to work by chemical breakdown and is proven. DO NOT

change or substitue any of the above foods. Salt and pepper can be

used, but no other seasoning is allowed. Where no quantity is given

there are no restrictions other than common sense. This diet is to be

done 3 days at a time. In 3 days of dieting you will lose 10 pounds.

After 3 days of dieting you can go back to normal foods but do not

over do it. After 4-5 days of normal eating start back on the 3 day

diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if you stick to this

diet.

Diet drinks and water are ok.
