Guest guest
My scars are not as red as they were before. They are there, though. You can't see them all the time when I am naked because my breast hides it for the most part, but when I lay down, they are there. There is nothing you can do to eliminate the scars once they are there. You can use Mederma after the surgery to help heal the scars and make them fade, but they will never completely disappear. The scars around my nipple area and vertically are almost totally faded. Guest guest
Kim, A capsulectomy does not require a larger incision. It is the en bloc that requires the larger incision. You probably won't need en bloc, but you will need to have a total capsulectomy. You can do that through the old scars. You can be explanted and have the same scars as when implanted. Guest guest
, You can go to our files section and look at all the info there. Dr. Kolb's protocol is listed, as well as other info on detoxing and healing. I know the amount of info can be daunting, but look it over to see what sounds feasible to you for now, and you can take the time to keep learning more as you go. That's how I learned, step by step! Here's the link for the files section: /files/ You may want to eat and drink light after your surgery to allow your body to dump the anesthesia drugs better. I am not sure what kinds of foods help with that, maybe knows as she works at the hospital. About driving...I can't see why you wouldn't be able to drive. I could do pretty much just about everything within a day or two. The doctor has prescribed the antibiotics, but I was wondering if there is anything that anyone can recommend to help with the healing process. I also get very sick from anthesthia, any recommendations for that. I was sick for two days after implantation and could not eat. I do not want to be sick that long again. Even when I had my tubes tied I was not that sick. Also, is it true no driving for a week? I have heard someone drove after 3 days....Thanks everyone...
