In combination with other things, even more effective. Check outprices / ingredients at these 2 websites: http://www.nikken.com/pages/792010200 Click on Let's Go Shopping insert your phone number & password of preference then browse thru products, etc. look for Bio-Directed Joint Compound http://www.neways.com/user/solutions under products, look for Cetyl Mobility If you're over 35, I'd recommend the Bio-Directed Joint Compound Jan

It doesn't have to be their telephone number. I don't ever get feedback from someone's log-on info anyhow. That's their private info. I just used telephone number because most people can remember that without having to look on a card every time they log into this website. Sorry to sound so commercial. I certainly did not mean to sound like that! I just want to help others find ways to ease their discomfort... Jan

I belong to Consumers Lab which rates the brands that request the rating. They rate it according to whether it has the quantity that is stated on the label and whether it has too much residual DSMO. I would like to try MSM for my arthritis in my leg since the glucosomine & chondroitin are not working for me. from NJ

Guest guest
The easiest thing to do is to cut all grains/dairy/sugars out of your diet, which leaves you with animal protein, tons of green veggies and some fruits. Also use some beneficial fat to lubricate the joints. Keep us posted. love http://www.foodforyourblood.com Arthritis I have a family history of arthritic conditions although no one ever had it very bad. I am now only 32 and are increasing suffering from pain in my hands. As I could not up till now establish whether I am a secretor or non-secretor, I haven't even spent the time to check the difference in diet. Will this affect my arthritis? How does the prevention and treatment vary between rheumatoid and osteo arthritis? Are there any special precautions I can take to slow this process down or even bring it to a halt.
