Guest guest
Thank you Darryl for the info. Do you have any good websites where you can purchase these supplements you mentioned? God bless you, Melinda
Guest guest
Melinda, Try taking glucosamine sulfate with chondroitin. My mother, now 83, has been taking it for about 10 years. She started having signs of arthritis in her hands and began taking these supplements faithfully. Her hands gradually improved over the years. It takes a long time to see what's happening, but I was rather impressed by it all. Bob P.S. Until she got it under control, she used magnets to manage the pain. They were quite helpful. Guest guest
Here is something else I got last night on arthritis. Very interesting to say the least. IF YOU HAVE ARTHRITIS, YOU PUT GOLDEN RAISINS IN THE DEEP PLATE AND COVER WITH GIN...LET SIT FOR MAYBE A WEEK AND THEN STORE IN THE GLASS JAR. TAKE 9 RAISINS EVERY DAY...AND IN ABOUT MONTH, YOU'LL FEEL MUCH BETTER.. > Melinda, > > Try taking glucosamine sulfate with chondroitin. My mother, now 83, has been > taking it for about 10 years. Guest guest
Many years of clinical use have demonstrated that Lignisulâ„¢ MSM, CMOâ„¢ (cerasomal-cis-9-cetylmyristoleate) and Glucosamine are ingredients designed to protect and support joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, muscles, connective tissues and bones, and aid in post injury joint repair. There are products that have all these ingredients in them. What is Lignisulâ„¢ MSM? Lignisul MSMâ„¢ (MethylSulfonylMethane) is a naturally-occurring sulfur compound found in our bodies as well as in many common beverages and foods, including milk, coffee, tea and green vegetables. In its purified chemical form, it is an odorless, white, water soluble crystalline solid. It is a natural based product that comes from certain trees and is one of the least toxic substances in biology, similar in toxicity to water. Designed to protect and support healthy joints, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, muscles, connective tissue and bones. Some of sulfur's essential functions include maintaining structure of the proteins in the body, helping the formation of keratin which is essential for hair and nail growth, aiding in the production of immunoglobulin which maintains the immune system and catalyzing the chemical reactions which change food into energy. Lignisul MSM temporarily relieves joint stiffness. It is widely used by athletes to reduce soreness and pain associated with injuries, strained or cramped muscles and over-extended joints. MSM is a naturally-occurring sulfur compound found in our bodies as well as in many common foods and beverages, including milk, coffee, tea, and green vegetables. In its purified form, it is an odorless, white, water soluble crystalline solid. It is one of the least toxic substances in biology, similar in toxicity to water and far less toxic than table salt. Recent studies conducted by Prof. B.M. Stankov, at a leading independent European medical lab, showed no signs of toxicity when 2000 milligrams per kilo (a kilo equals 2.2 lbs.) of body weight of Lignisul MSM was administered orally on a daily basis. Naturally-occurring sulfur, such as that found in Lignisul MSM, is not similar to inorganic sulfides, sulfites and sulfates to which many people are allergic. Some of sulfur's essential functions include maintaining structure of the proteins in the body, helping the formation of keratin which is essential for hair and nail growth, aiding in the production of immunoglobulin which maintains the body's system, and catalyzing the chemical reactions which change food into energy.* What is CMOâ„¢? CMO is not an immunosuppressant, nor an immunostimulant. Nor is it a pharmaceutical. It is a naturally derived substance (naturally associated Bovine fatty acids that are made into waxy esters and converted into 100% CMO powder) that has received the highest safety level attainable by certified independent laboratory LD-50 testing. CMO is the world's first and only true immunomodulator. Other so called " immunomodulators " are not the same. They function primarily as immunosuppressants or immunostimulants. They are capable of only one principal action, either suppressing or stimulating body functions. CMO on the other hand, helps to correct the body's functions associated with aging and/or exercise, rather than just suppressing or stimulating the systems activities. CMO has no known negative side effects.* What is Glucosamine? One of the most popular alternatives recommended by doctors is a natural substance found in high concentrations in our joint structure known as Glucosamine. The main function of Glucosamine is to stimulate the manufacture of substances necessary for joint repair. As the body ages, it produces less Glucosamine, predisposing all joints to injury, stiffness and possible pain. Glucosamine alone has been subjected to over 300 scientific investigations and is supported by over 20 double blind, placebo studies. These studies have come to the conclusion that Glucosamine works at both relieving pain and stimulating healing. They also found that Glucosamine reduced pain more effectively than ibuprofen.* Hope this helps God Bless and Be Well, Darryl > does anyone know of alternative methods for relieving pain and/or reversal of > arthritis? > > I'd appreciate all input. > > thanks, > Melinda > > >

Guest guest
On alternative methods for arthritis, I would suggest you study Dr.J.H.Tilden, look him up on the net. If you think about what Dr.Tilden says you will learn that, that is the best news you have had. If you do get into Dr.Tilden's writings let me know what you think. Guest guest
Hi Melinda Budwig's protocol, omega 3's = pain relief via prostaglandin pathway, Sunlight - lack of it is the cause for low body energies and imbalances. I could give 100's of web pages about Sunlight and diseases (including cancer) - it's had thousands of studies - saying the same thing no one gets enough sunlight and it is the basic underlying cause for almost all disease. http://www.mercola.com/2002/apr/3/sun_prevents_cancer.htm He has 221 web pages on this web site alone on Sunlight! New today: http://www.cnn.com/2004/HEALTH/conditions/01/13/vitaminD.ms.reut/index.html Vitamin D keeps calcium from settling in joints - Vitamin K also useful for that. Not just for vitamin D = Sunlight has more impact on the body than you can ever imagine. > does anyone know of alternative methods for relieving pain and/or reversal of > arthritis? > I'd appreciate all input. > thanks, > Melinda

Guest guest
Hi Sunlight through glass will help avoid depression and with the aid of the pineal gland help balance hormones. But Sunlight loses the healing UVB rays through glass. Sunlight to be used safely requires vitamin F. Which is basically omega 3's - they MUST FIRST be in place in the cells. I believe even Roseacea can be reversed with the proper balance of Fatty acids and careful exposures to Sunlight. But the dedication level is every day slightly increasing exposures. This web page is a must read to understand how it works and some of the benefits: http://alkalizeforhealth.net/sunlight.htm An excerpt from the web page which is opposite of what most people believe: " If a child receives an abundance of sunlight it will thrive on almost any kind of diet, whereas, if you deprive it of sunlight, it will not thrive well on the best of diets. " Best Wishes - Dedication does it. Guest guest
Hi Omega 3's are ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS = Necessary, for our bodys can not manufacture them - they must be taken in through foods. Alpha Lipoic Acid is not an Essential Fatty Acid. Alpha Linolineic Acid is the first of the Omega 3 family in the order of the omega 3's. The strongest and best source is Flax seed oil at about 55% ALA(LNA). The real power of ALA is when the conversions take place from ALA(LNA) to Stearidonic Acid to Ecosatetraenoic Acid to EPA Ecosapentanoic Acid finally to DHA Docosahexanoeic Acid. Each conversion releases and reuses hydrogen atoms - Adding energy, Balancing PH and putting photon energies into our bodys. To view the process see: http://www.asthmaworld.org/OMEGA3.htm It is also important to see and understand the required vitamins and minerals which are responsible to make the desaturase process happen. The omega 3's are synonymous with Sunlight in the types and Energies they add to our bodys. Both Omega 3's and Sunlight will add oxygen and balance PH = Very naturally! These are some of the chemical paths that are why the Budwig protocol works while All others fail.
