Hi Bee,

I'm leaving for Europe next week for 2 weeks. I am going to pack all my

supplements (wrapping everything in tin foil) along with bring some hard boiled

eggs with me so I have something for the long flight. Is it okay if I eat these

eggs even if they aren't in the fridge for 24 hours or so?

Second, of course I'm going to do what I can as far as not going off the diet

but I know I won't be perfect. When I have very limited options is it best to

just stay lower carb and higher fat/protein even if it's not perfect? For

example, meats and cheeses rather than breads or grains and such?

Thanks for your help!

+++Hi . Yes, of course eggs are okay not refrigerated for 24 hours.

+++Sorry, you understand the diet so you need to make your own decisions about

that.

Cheers, Bee
