She said no one knows for certain but they think stress, exposure to metals and chemicals, pregnancy. I asked her why they think these things cause autoimmune disease. She said because studies show links to these things in thousands so they're highly probable causes. Said she typically hears from people that they just went through a lot of stress due to.......whatever, then boom, they're ill. I said, "Well, if millions of women are saying they got implanted and then got an immune disease, why, then, will you not put that on the list as being a possible cause? She said, "It's never been scientifically proven that breast implants cause autoimmune disease." I said, "Are you even listening to yourself. NOTHING has ever been proven to cause autoimmune disease and probably nothing ever will be yet you go on to list for me that it's probably caused from stress, exposure to chemicals/metals, pregnancy...etc. But you will not say it can be caused my implants that are known to be made up of heavy metals and toxic chemicals." Come on, these women have NO immune system from chemo, radiation, etc and the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT would not intentionally put these people at risk.I have had my implants for 2.5 years. About 5 months ago I developed a heart condition. Do I think it's caused by my implants, lol? NO, of course not...Look back far enough in my family history to find the answers. If I develop a thyroid condition is it because of my implants? NO, I've been monitored for this for years because my mom developed a thyroid condition while I was inutero and they figured for sure it would be passed onto me. Guest guest
Thanks, Sunday. Unfortunately, I cannot read it. The print is too small. For them to write the words, "It has been mentioned that implants can cause autoimmune disease," is a very poor attempt by the manufacturer to avoid a lawsuit. That's is some of the weakest language I've ever heard. How pathetic. lives near me. I'll see if I can get a copy of it from her. Guest guest
Hello Patty... Thank you...I hope that they clear up. But they did say my heart was sideways, not sure if implants caused it or not. I may be completely wrong, and indeed you could have been born with it, but I just think it is odd that some of our women who get sick from implants all of a sudden are discovered to have these congenital heart problems...you are the third woman I've heard about with this, and so young, too! Hopefully your breathing problems will clear up too--everything. Time will tell. Patty ----- Original Message ----- From: julieyourrealtor@... My doctor sent me to a cardio doctor last year trying to find out why I am having problems with blacking out and breathing. They ran numerous test. My heart is strong. But they said at my last check up that she had to ignore one squiggle line. It shows that my heart is crooked in the EKG. HHMMM. I asked her why, I do not thiink I had a problem before, the nurse said I could of been born with it or the implants.....Not sure what to think now. My implants have been out 9 days, still having some breathing problems but not as bad...
