Guest guest
When I say I am better now I mean BETTER 100% better. It has taken me about 1 and half almost 2 years to be able to say 100% though. YES brain fog was the most serious symptom that I had, it is gone completely now, I have not had it in months. I know it was the implants, as it came on 3 months after implantation and went away for good after explant. You have hope, but you also have to be patient. The longer you had the implants for the longer it will probably take to get better. YOu need to get them out and then you can begin the long road, I believe that diet and supplements will help and that you must get some exercise to make a full recovery. Exercise is very important.I feel that I healed much more quickly due to my intense working out. This does not mean you must do it as much as me, but you do need to get that oxgen flowing into your brain and this is one of the best ways to do that. In the meantime you may want to take a baby aspirin a day to help thin that blood, this may help with your brain fog. Good luck and hugs C In , " " <denisetjohnson@c...> wrote: > When you all say you're feeling better since your explants, what does that mean? > I know some say they took longer to feel better than others, but is it full recovery? > Do I have hope?
