no i am very serious. I think the post you just made sounded like a rational intelligent decision. It was a compliment, hoping you would feel good about making a decision I wish I had made for myself 9 years ago.

That is really wonderful that you found someone to share this with you. Right now, I don't really have anyone to talk this over with, because none of my friends know about my implants. I mean they were put in 9 years ago. I have since moved away and made new friends. Its not like you go to someone and say, Hi my name is kim and by the way, these ain't real..just in case you were wondering. lol...sooo needless to say, none of my current friends even know i have implants so I would have to explain that first then needing to get them out. And truthfully, theres only one friend that I would feel comfortable disclosing all of this to. I just told my husband about it last night. (having them) can you believe that. Anyway, I was wondering why all these celebrities aren't more "public" in their disapproval of the implants? They could probably have far more impact.

lol no. I think the biggest reason is because I was once the size i was implanted to be..then after a cpl pregnancies i lost so much volume in my breasts ... in denial (vanity) of the natural God given changes that pregnancy brings... i had the surgery to "give back" what i once had. So the "room" for them, was already there. Resulting in a very natural look. My own parents don't even know. How am I going to ask them to loan me some money? First I have to tell them. The reason they didn't know, is because I looked that way for longer than I didn't look that way.

I personally know 3 women with breast implants...........all have autoimmune disease.......all have to-die-for bodies......all deny their disease is from their implants even though they all came down with their disease following implantation.......

When you see one of them walking down the street, you would never in a million years know that they are ill...........really and truly. It blows my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!

Murial Hemingway....actress.....explanted

McDonough....actress....explanted

2 BayWatch babes (forget their names)....explanted

Demi was explanted but I believe reimplanted with smaller implants.

Cher......explanted.

Gosh, there's more, just can't think of them all right now.

Ok. Thanks. This is a very serious matter and in a way if I am already having so many doubts then I do not need to go forward on August 1. After all it could always be done at a later date if I really wanted it. Maybe taking a vacation and getting away will clear my head. This whole "thing" just baffles me. Again on the one hand when I go out I see lots of women out with their nice implants. I live in Florida (Tampa) I have also lived in Miami. Fake boob heaven. Yet I do not live their lives behind their "look" I have no idea what troubles they are or are not experiencing. Probably most of them just go to a surgeon and rely on what they are told. Plus, they probably do not broadcast problems as they may be "embarassed" that they in a way did this to themselves. Even talking to my friends there is a lot of misinformation out there. Most of the people I know had no idea that women with "saline" also report autoimmune problems they keep telling me oh surgery is more advanced now it has been ten years so many people have them!I REALLY AM NOT SURE I AM WILLING TO TAKE THIS RISK ANYMORE-I probably need to work more on my self-esteem rather than on my outside!!BY THE WAY WERE IS THE SO CALLED LIST OF CELEBRITIES WHO HAD EXPLANTS THAT SOMEONE MENTIONED I have not seen thatThanks > no i am very serious. I don't have an appt. yet. I want to travel to Dr. Kolb to have it done but the expense is too great for me right now.

I'm saving and planning.

My neighbor/new-found girlfriend and I are supporting one another and planning together to do our explants. Did you read my post about her? We found one another by chance. She's 53 and been ill with Fibro for years, on disability, gained so much weight she's obese. Nicest lady you'd ever want to meet!!!! She told me she has the "safe" saline implants after I told her I had silicone poisoning and that's why I'm ill. I almost fell over. I filled her in. She was shocked to learn the truth. Anyway, we're in the same boat, having to save and plan...........nice to have her in my life to share and support in this. We see each other nearly every day. She and I are both single and without family living close. So we really need each other.

She's a God send for certain!!!!!!!!!!

She's all about money (unfortunately)

If you want to know about her story, you have to pay for it.

She is very much against breast implants!!!!

Thanks for the info! Actually, before I found this site. I tried to find something on ' story but I could not really find anything by her -just some short sentences alluding to the fact that she was against implants > > no i am very serious. But your hubby did know about the implants all along, right? If he didn't, I'm amazed. Well, maybe not that amazed. Some of my ex-lovers didn't know I had implants. By about the third or fourth time being intimate I'd say something like, "Ah, didn't you notice that I have implants?"

The answer was always no. It's not like they actually used them, so I guess that's why. LOL.

My family, friends NO ONE knew I had mine. Everyone thought I just kept my larger breastfeeding size breast. (I wish) I just spilled the beans very recently. No one seemed shocked or upset....just more happy, kinda, to now know why the heck I've been so sick. I come from a very healthy never-sick family. My illness has taken everyone by surprise and has baffled all. I think now everyone is of the mindset that now at least I stand a chance of being normal again whereas before it seemed hopeless!

If you have insurance, your explanting doctor can get it covered. Did you know that?????????

Oooooh, neat, you are newly weds. CONGRATS!!

Sorry. I don't know anything about Medicaid.

But.......

if you call Dr. Kolb, she will tell you. She knows all about that!

Go to

www.plastikos.com

for her phone number.

Also, check out her detox program.

It helps decrease symptoms. Good idea to start detox now before explant to boost your immune system and then, of course, continue after explant.

I hope your husband understands and supports you!!!!! :-)

If you call Dr. Kolb, I promise you will not regret it. She e-mails, talks to me on the phone......she's so helpful and informative. She's both an amazing person and doctor.....
