Guest guest
That sounds much better. I think you'll be fine. You'll have enough of us online all the time too where if you get into trouble you can just put it up here and we can get somebody out to you... This is going to be okay Don. You're going to get thru treatment with little to no hassles. I think anybody who has gone thru treatment will tell you how much the quiet meant to us. Sometimes just regular noises can make you crazy even when you're stating out without any issues. There is plenty of time to plan for this so it can all be worked out and in place before anything starts. You're going to be just fine dude. Yeah, I dont want to share a room. I am a very private person. Even when I end up in the hospital, they know that I have mental disorders, and give me a private room. Ok, Ive got a plan. Thanks. I lived in a cave on top of seven waterfalls in Upper Sabino Canyon outside of Tuscon for about a month in 1969. I am sure I couldn't do that now, lol. I found the article on Tylenol and NSAIDS because I am getting a tooth extracted on Monday and I want to make sure I know what I am doing with the medications I take. What I have found is not fun...every medication involved with dentistry is hard on the liver or kidneys from the agent they use to numb your mouth..through any antibiotics you may take...to the pain killers they prescribe. What surprised me the most was how harmful the dental numbing agents can be. They almost all have warnings about people with liver disease. I am going to take a whole bunch of anti-oxidants before my appointment. On top of it all, I have decided not to stop my LDN which means I won't be able to take any opiate pain killers. I've decided on a low dose of Tylenol (325 mg) if I need a pain killer, but I'm hoping to get by without any.The dentist thinks I could get by without any antibiotics, but the tooth coming out is an upper infected failed root canal that is very close to the sinus. I sought out a second opinion from an oral surgeon and he suggested 1 strong dose of Amoxicillin before the extraction. I also always ask for less local anesthesia then they normally use. If I start to feel pain they can always give a little more. One thing I've discovered is that unless you have an abscess, a root canal can be almost painless...especially if the nerve is already dead. I had my last root canal done with almost no local anesthesia at all and guess what? No pain. And I do *not* like pain at all! Having cirrhosis means I research every medication before it goes into my body. The last thing I want is to decompensate. All I want now is for this extraction to be as routine as the dentist has indicated it should be. I'm kinda nervous and can't wait until it is over and i am on the path to healing.Cheers, >> Thank you for this article.> I have added it to the Links Library.> http://health.dir./group/ /links/TREATMENT_OF_HEPATITIS_C_001253393566/Tylenol_001285784108/ > > love> don in ks> > ------------------------------------
Guest guest
Most of our assisted livings have single rooms and bathrooms for one now. In our assisted living one person per room per bathroom shower. They can have an organ to play in their rooms to play. If he were like down in 10 noone would even hear him. He would just have to fight off a old horny gal that get ideas. literally. She has opened my eyes and made me play mom a few times to my embarrasment. They have been trying more and more to go that way here in Salina. Ours is actually a lower costing one too. Wonder why that is. duh. Shit place. Don to be honest. You may need to use a place in all reality. I do know your situation. Yes it could be more dangerous for you with no one to shop or to help you or anything except for a few days a week. And will they shop for you if you are sick and cannot go? You may need to go. I do understand. Yep the most of the nursing homes in general are not always a nice place. There are a few places I would move. If nothing else Don maybe just section 8 houseing. If you don't show your face in so much time they do check on you. You can still have your aide check on you and take you to appts. You will still be able to fix some food for yourself. Maybe have your aide prefix some of your food into weekly meals maybe. Sign up for the dreaded Meals on wheels. Not fun but shit it is food. They deliver and they are not all that far from you. There are two section 8s you could check into right by the senior center is. It is two old schools turned into housing. Nice housing. Think about it for tx. Guest guest
All the rooms in our hospital are now single rooms Don. I asked this time when I was there this last week. Why do you need the nurse to give your shot and pills? Just curious?
