How cool - you play guitar....still. Never stop.

Guitar is the one instrument that my fingers just wont work right with.

Do you write songs and sing?

Have you ever recorded anything?

I have been playing instruments since maybe 65 or so.

Started on drums, and moved to keys and wind.

The first song that I ever sang in front of someone else was 'louie louie'. LOL :-)

Remember that oldie? I was such a geek back then.

Who am I kidding....Im still a geek.

Don,Sounds like you and I are kindred spirits in a way. Yeah...cycling is the great way to get in touch w/mind, body, and the spirit that drives us. I had to put it aside for the past 12 years as I've had joint custody of my daughter...who is now 12 years old and all of a sudden doesn't want to see me ( another story...) but I'm taking advantage of the free time and riding my bike...i LOVE it!I've also played music, guitar, since I was about 11 yo. Heard the Beatles in '63 (6 yo) and KNEW I had to be a guitar player....another passion that I still have today...I'm now 53 yo. The first thing that my son played for us as his audience was - Stairway to Heaven. Plus, he was actually using the husband's acoustic. One thing about it away back then! He's already learned to play through his mistakes and not just quit.
