Guest guest
One of the more serious side effects of Fibromyalgia is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Maybe that is what is being called " Leaky Gut Syndrome " here.... just a thought. Could be an explanation though. Many people have these conditions, who are otherwise healthy [no diseases]. You may be one of these - click this link. http://www.fibrocenter.com/ Digestive problems are also very common. Sometimes this is caused by some health condition, but I will bet that the majority of cases of digestive disorders is simply - diet and/or stress related - or a combination of the two. [Most Americans eat like crap.] Are you high strung, and find yourself stressing and worrying alot? Do you eat fried, greasy, fatty, or spicy foods? Do you eat a lot of sugar products, or things with a lot of chemicals and preservatives? Have you been tested for Gluton [refined grains], or Lactose [dairy] intolerence? Does your diet consist of mostly 'prepared or fast foods'? - Or do you eat LIVE foods [fruits, veggies, fresh or frozen]? Do you take meds that have digestive side effects? Do you work or live around a lot of chemicals [inc cleaning products]. Do you use tobacco or alcohol products? - There are many more reasons why your guts could be in disorder. Ive said this many times in this group that the our first line of health defence starts at home. DIET - LIFESTYLE - THINKING These 3 things are the keys to who we are. If any one of them gets out of wack - we are off to see the doctor [our second line of health defence]. Please think about this. We can heal from a lot of our health difficulties simply by cleaning up our act. love don in ks From: Hill <pooderdog@...>Subject: Re: [ ] What's the WHY? Date: Sunday, February 27, 2011, 12:50 PM Hi, Sorry to butt in but I now know that even though i just have the antibody for HEP C, I have the pain that many of you all do. I think that is so strange too. WHy if I don't have the disease and fought it off, do I have so much pain in the muscles and some joints?? And why do i feel so sick all the time? I guess i will never know since i have been to 16 doctors and not one can tell me why. Bek
Guest guest
Hi, LOL.. Hon, i prob. eat healthier than anyone on the planet. And i exercise as well. I eat all organic, whole foods that are free of antibiotics, and hormones. ALl natural i guess you could say like folks ate 100 yrs. ago. I preprare all my own foods and my dog's foods as well. SO NO, i do not put junk into my body. Never have. I was influenced by my mother who was a type 2 diabetic. We ate like her, and she ate the way she was supp. to and took very good care of herself. And lived go be 88!!! Dr.s were amazed at that. IT stuck with me. Not my brother when he was younger, but now we all eat good food only, cept my dad. He is healthy as a horse though. And 87. SO, no no soda or sugar or anything goes into this body that would of caused my illnesses. That is why it is such a mystery to me. As it is to all who know me. Thanks for that though, it made me laugh. Most people do eat junk food and sugar and smoke too. This is one who will never and never has.
