Guest guest
Marie,Teri will back this up, just so you can realize what an effect you've had on others you don't even know...At that Ambassador deal we did in Boston, part of the process was doing an abbreviated version of our story in front of the group. In mine I mentioned some of the changes I've experienced, and some of the incredible people who I've met through hep-c. I told them there was a lady in San Francisco on treatment that got the dirty end of every stick and kept on keeping on, day after day. That lady was one of my personal heroes...So thank you for staying the course and showing us all what can be done when we set our minds to it. I think everyone on treatment has wanted to quit at one time or another, and some of us haven't had any option when the drugs were going to kill us before the virus, but unless that's the case, you've taken away every other excuse.Stay strong, lady.SteveLife is much more fun when thought of as a scavenger hunt as opposed to a surprise party. Jimmy Buffett Re: [ ] What's the WHY? Yeah she does! I think even marie surprised herself at what she's really made of! marie, people are going to stand up and take notice when you walk into a room after this. I'm tellin ya. All I know, is that I could not have done what you have. I hope that perhaps you could get into some kind of social work and especially for people that may be facing the same things that you've gone through. You have a lot to teach!! Gloria Teri, hepc has shown me how strong i am & how much i really want my life.
