Gloria I take Cyclobenzaprine also. It is the generic for Flexoril. They work pretty good for me too, most nights anyway. Guest guest
TeriYes, they are the 10 mg. You and I have had this conversation before. Debbie just reminded me what the real name of them is. My pharmacist was shocked that I would take 2 during the day at first. He said that they should have knocked me right off my feet. Think that is why I like using them at night now.Gloria Gloria,What strength are these things? Is it the 10 mg pill? Guest guest
Gloria... those are meant to be taken once every 8 hours. 30 mgs at night should knock out an Army. If I took 3 of those suckers I'd be asleep for days. I can only handle one of those and I have a high tolerance for meds... Guest guest
Well, that's probably why I sleep so well now. I had just realized in the last little while, that I really do get a good sleep as well. My Dr. is very aware of how I am taking these.Right now it's 10:16 our time and I just took the 3 pills about 15 mins ago. So, I only take my night meds after I have my jammies on and I'm going to bed in minutes. Even my dog knows the routine. LOL Since I changed clothes, she knows I'm going to bed so, she got off the bed to wait with me.Gloria Gloria... those are meant to be taken once every 8 hours. 30 mgs at night should knock out an Army. Guest guest
Awww.... My hubs and the dog just went to bed. I have to fight for a spot when I go in there. I'm headed that way soon though, I wore myself out the past 2 days. I got my Kirby vacuum fixed today and I was so happy I was vacuuming EVERYTHING!
