Thank You Don,

I have another week till my followup appt. Then will see how I feel. If I need more time all I need do is ask my doctor. I really need the money for bills though. I am going to be screwed up if I don't get my butt back to work. I will just have to make sure and not allow extra hours. Sometimes it was hard because the morning person would call in then the Nurse Brigette would not come in to releve me till she saw fit knowing I had to be back there at 7pm. Really pisses me off. She always makes sure meds are passed and breakfast made served and cleaned up and floor sweeped before she showes up at least. Then she walks in in her slow lumbering gait as if she has no where to be. Hm. I want to kick her butt by then. I never get warning this is going to happen ahead so if I have an appt it is a problem. When someone don't show up on those days I call her and tell her I have an appt at such a time and I am walking out of her at this time. Hope you

are here. She is my boss. It is the only way to get her to move her fanny.

I have been sick a while with a cold or something. That something turned out to be pnemonia. Dr. sent me straight to the hospital. Just got out a little while ago. Glad to be home. I still have it but it is more under control. I can eat again now. Well not going to do much online tonight. I can't go back till after the doc appt and when the doc says so. May lose my job. Guess I will get a new one. Anyway hi. ------------------------------------

,I wouldn't last a week where you work.  I'd be telling them all to shove it and calling the local whomever to report whatever I could.  I hate it when I know I am being taken advantage of.

Heres an idea - why dont you cut back on your expenses?

I mean - how much money does it cost to live comfortably anyways?

Nevermind me - I have no idea about cost of things, living on SSI.

My payee, pays all my bills, and I get the loose change afterwards.

Its just that I dont think living should force one to work ones butt off.

That just doesnt seem like living.

Pneumonia [sp?] can take a long long time to heal from.

I had walking pneumonia for 6 months once.

I don't want to scare you; but, my husband died of pneumonia on Christmas Eve. Probably as usual, he had it and wouldn't go to a Dr. So, for some reason, his kids both ganged up on him and forced him into the hospital. I gather it was sooo bad that when he finally could get a little sleep - he just didn't wake up.Gloria
