Actually, I would be interested in learning more about acupuncture to help with the Fibromyaliga. Stupid me never thought of that before Luchi said something. Now, doesn't matter that I stuck 96 needles into my own body, I'm still afradi that even acupuncture hurts.Gloria

Luchi,Always welcome, the more the merrier! It's always good to hear from our cousins across the pond. One of the best things about this group is the varied opinions and choices folks make in treatment and maintenance of their dragon. We enjoy hearing about all facets, and certainly try to keep an open mind about others choices. The acupuncture really interests me. Do you find it lessens/manages the hep-c symptoms? Does it help stop pain and discomfort before it starts, opening up nerve pathways getting congested by the disease? Or am I completely wrong and confused?Steve Life is much more fun when thought of as a scavenger hunt as opposed to a surprise party. Jimmy Buffett [ ] Jumping aboard your ship from across the pond

Hello everybody,

all my friends call me Luchi,so that'll be a good start.

I'm a 51 year old (Wow) male who lives in London, but I've been around.;-)

I'm a non responder of a tx that was some 10 years ago. I recon I've had the 'bug' for over 30 years and can feel its progress within me..(

I've been involved in support groups and also as a volunteer worker at a hep c resource center for several years.

I then kinda dropped of the Radar for a while.

After my failed tx,I discovered and learnt things to help me manage my disease as best as possible and to give me some quality of life.

I practice yoga daily,on and off the mat and get regular acupuncture and TCM from the guy who treats Matt Dolan. I have been training in micro systems acupuncture myself.

I pay strict attention to what I put in/on my body and through positive thought try to hang on.

Occasionally I find myself slipping down the walls though,

so that brings me to raising my head above the parapets and looking to again touch base with like minded people on the same 'trip'.

Basically I'm here for mutual support.

Love and Light

Luchi

p.s.thanks for the invite to post Don.
