Hi Ya'll

My 90 year old Dad and younger sis came by again today for a few hours.

My old Dad is the guy you all hear me talking about from time to time who studys - nutrition.

Well, we got to talking about pain issues.

He said some things to me that made a lot of sence.

I have included some of it in my last message in case you missed it - click this link, or go to the message section and look for message #38,043.

http://health.dir./group/ /message/38043

He talked to me about how nutrition has a lot to do with the way that we feel.

Like sugar products, lack of minerals, and too much of the wrong kinds of protein causing us to hurt.

You all know how I am.

I would rather eat some beans or a banana, than spend a day at the doctor, and take some pills that might hurt my already damaged liver.

So I am going to apply my own suggestion here, and read up on the links provided in the message above.

I hope that you all who are suffering too, will do the same thing.

It just means that we read some stuff as we can, and then if we find something interesting, make a few dietary changes.

We can do this, it sounds simple enough.

And who knows........

Then I would like to compare notes with you all about this topic - 'Natural Pain Management'.

Like what changes you make, and how it is helping you....or if it is.

love
