Guest guest
Here where Don will be going they put your IV in your hand. Then they wheel you into the room where it happens. They then tell you they will put meds in to relax you. They ask you how you feel at different times. They will keep track of how you feel at all times during it. They talked to me through the whole thing. I was relaxed and fine. I watched on the screen. They rubbed the area with something to clean the area good and put the steril stuff around it and then they shot a little numbing stuff in around the site a bit and then a little deeper and deeper till it was deep enough and then they did the biopsy and I felt nothing. I thought they were starting it but they were over already. That is how they do it where Don will be going. Then they have you lay on a rolled up blanket under the right side to help that clot. You lay there for around 3 hours in the recovery. Then you get up get dressed and go home. You take it easy the next few days. Maybe someone can work with you on calming almost hynotic methods. You only need to be " calmed " about 2-5 mins.
