WOW..  and the plot thickens.  I just loathe people like this.  I have been involved with a few of them and their pockets are so deep that it's hard to get any justice at all.  I think in this case, beyond how badly you were wronged, the whole staph problem is scary as hell.  What about reporting the vet's office to the Better Business Bureau?  And go to your local City Hall.  Let them know there is an issue there.  They just might jump on it.

Okay, everybody, this is important stuff.  Many of you are on treatment or have recently completed treatment and your immune systems are compromised.  Staphylococcus is one mean bacteria.  Not only is it mean, it's EVERYWHERE.  And you may be surprised where you can pick it up the easiest...  I'm going to let you guys in on this not to scare you but to make you uber aware of your surroundings and hopefully, I will keep at least one of you from getting very sick...  OH I HATE THIS BACTERIA.

Your best chances of picking up a staph infection are at your local grocery store.  Yep.  Those carts are germ infested like you wouldn't believe.  Many grocery stores now have antiseptic wipes by the carts.. if your grocery store has them, please use them.  Grab one and clean your hands, then grab another one and clean the handle of your cart, then grab another one and clean your hands again... that will help for a few minutes at least!  Everything you touch in the grocery store is possibly contaminated.  Think about the little kid with the runny nose that is somewhere in that store ahead of you...  Mommy isn't paying too much attention but the kid is touching everything...  with those hands that just ran across that snotty nose... ICK.  He has touched the apple that you just put in your cart, had his hands on the spaghetti sauce..  (he was showing mom which one he wanted) He's touched the box of cereal you just picked up because it had a cool picture on the box.  You now have that germ infested stuff in your grocery cart and you're gonna bring it  home.....  but first you have to pay for it.  The cashier...  oh she's nice enough, smiled at you and honored your expired coupon but when was the last time she washed her hands?  Does she have hand sanitizer by her register (that register is full of germs too).  She's also touched everything that every customer before you has had in their cart.  Are you scared yet?  Its a wonder you haven't gotten sick already right?  Or maybe you have and you just didn't realize where it came from.  Hmm...  now what?  Can't stop going to the grocery store right?  When you get home, make sure you wash all your fruits and vegetables...  I know this sounds crazy but invest in a boat load of those antiseptic wipes and wipe down the cans and boxes that you just brought home.  NO don't get the boxes wet but a quick wipe with one of those pre-moistened clothes will kill the bacteria and not ruin the box.  If it came from the store consider it contaminated.  You are better safe than sorry.

I didn't mean to scare you guys with this, and I'm sure at least one of you has been yelling EWWWW and ICKKK  at the computer screen.  I don't blame you.  I do want to make you aware of things that can make you very sick while you are on treatment and recovering from treatment.  It takes time to build your immune system back up after treatment is over...  months and months.  It's easier to build up in the warmer months too...  We are in the cold part of the year so it takes a bit longer now.  You don't want a staph infection.. I promise you that.  They are no fun and they can, in some cases, kill you.  

Please be aware of what you are touching!  Eww....  now everything looks contaminated doesn't it?  It just might be.  Staph is everywhere.  Off the soap box again...  til next time.

The two are just not playing connect the dots. When this all happened the hospital did approx 2 cultures on many surfaces, like keyboards, sx

table, xray table, etc, SURPRISE it was found everywhere, even on stethoscopes. There is so much unknown about this. When a human does not respond to ab's just maybe it is getting reinfected vs. the meds. arent working, reality is some of both. Education is the key missing factor here, and I feel no-one wants the liability to report all cases. This should be considered a zoonotic disease but it is not. YET!!!! Now the new drama is here im here on unemployment, about half of what im used too, thats ok , but this jerk owes me 40,ooo and will not even speak to me, so i will have to pay a lawyer to get my money, he sent a stmnt of what is owed, WRONG, he and Merryl Lynch were trying to neglet to tell me I was due further monies, after advising them im not stupid, he agreed that they do owe me more and if I take this $ now I will just have to trust i will recieve the balance. SO f'd up that the rich steals from the poor, its not like he needs my addt'l 8 or 10 thousand dollars.  I found that they do this to everyone, say u lose your job and the plan states u have to wait 1 yr from the yr end to claim your money, they do not tell you that your money, because it is still invested in their stocks of choice that I am entitled to Gains or loss if there was one for as

is proven to be neglegent aa Dr. I have to be carefull, he already two days after i left had his attny send me a letter asking me not to contact him, or anyone at the office, and most imp his clients or he would sue me fro loss revenues. WTF are u taking my unemployment check. I called him back and told him he is just a paid puppet who obviously doesnt care about the truth or concern for others safety. He hung upon me LOL. So his lawyer did not scare me or atop me but i sill got no where. I have trouble sleeping because it is hard to wrap around my head how anyone could do this, I am the tpye that needs to find resove and I just cant seem too it on this, and its not the job part, I will get another job, but the wrongfull doings i cant let go. Just venting again sorry , Oh I did research while this was going on and found that the best household cleanser for staph is either Bleach 50/50 or MR Clean. SO stock in

Mr clean is going to rise after this and teri's post. And dont forget to do those keyboards. See why am I up at 3 in the morning talking about this shit. If you have a pet and have any concerns, remember you may not see the flora and even if your pet is fine but you are immuno compromised the thing to do to help prevent your pet from getting this or being a carrier ti you is regular baths with a pet shampoo that contains at least 2% Chlorhexadine (4% if u can get w/o script) Make sure to leave it on the pet for TEN whole minutes or you are wasting your time and $ Somethings gotta give. teri I trust u are gonna come up with more ideas.
