Guest guest
Hi Terry, Glad you are here and decided to come out of hiding! We are a great support group. You stay diligent and you will start seeing results again I imagine. I don't know what a chi machine is. I guess I will do a search on the internet and try to find out and see about prices. Glad to have you! Loving Life(lift) Cristi --- tjalx@... wrote: > Hi all, > I've been lurking for about 4 weeks now, have > had some success with LL > and really > enjoy doing it. Guest guest
Hi Terry, Welcome to LL. I was wondering when do you usually do your breathing? It's good to do at least 20 breaths before breakfast, if not more. Ideally it would be best to do about 40 breaths in the morning. Then do a few here and there throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. Drink lots of water. Report in often. This will help keep you going and it encourages us too. Often times reading what others are doing and hearing their successes helps us to keep pressing on. As for the Chi machine, I think that it's a machine that gives you more oxygen, but I don't know for sure. I think Darlene has one, is using one, and Bonnie has an off brand. I'm sure that they can give you more info. Again welcome, you'll really love our LL family. Have a wonderful day! Guest guest
Hi Terry, The Chi Machine is a machine the delivers oxygen to your system while you lie there with you feet on the machine. It rocks you gently back and forth. I am giving you the site URL so you can check it out :-) http://www.chimachineusa.com/howit.html God bless, Bonnie *****************************With God, ALL things are possible.*****************************
Guest guest
Hi guys, I have a question for you. I am getting ready for shot number 6 tomorrow but the last one really did a number on me. I had to call in sick yesterday and got sent home early today because i am still feeling so sick. Is this normal or should I be getting in touch with the doctor. I think its just part of the tx but my concerned boss thinks I should call the doctor. Just wonder what you think. Thanks, Donna
