When I start gourging the first two days, what types of food am I eating

alot of? I am not clear on this. Please help.

The most fattening foods you can find. The most fattening meats,

cheese, whole milk, pastries. I actually ate macaroni and cheese,

chocolate cake, spoonfuls of coconut oil. I'ts sort of hard to do since

you have been eating so healthy in phase 1 that it seems counter

productive to go off the wagon for 2 days. I did try to find a little

healthier versions of all that but in the end it's the high fat and

calories that helps. Really eat everything you might think you will

miss. By day three you are sick to death of all your old favorit

foods!!

I just ate - didn't gorge really - just ate. I really couldn't " gorge " . I'm in such a mindset right now that the through of gorging makes me sick to my stomach.

You have to try as hard as you can; i felt the same way when i gorged, so i went for bite size "fat." The success of phase 2 is dependent on these two day feasts. I didnt sit at one meal at eat a huge amount of food about every hour or so I would a D Q blizzard , later clam chowder, I love old fashion hot dogs so I bought a pack and eat them in two day. but I eat all day long something

if you dont you will really be hunger on your first few days of the 500. I didnt do sugars because that makes me ill if I gorge on it.

Well I figured nothing will add fat faster than fast food so

Mcsonalds and Pizza and KFC and Burger King etc. I sure super sized

it.:) I got so sick of that food that I didnt have any cravings for

it when I started the protocol. I am doing really good now. :)

Hi, I know its hard to do but its really important. See Simeons protocol in the file section. You have to force yourself to really gorge. I found it was easier, to do at restaurants like Cheesecake Factory. I didn't have the hunger but I force fed myself because of what Simeon's protocol stressed this. You might want to do another day and really gorge so that you get the kind of results you want.

Still early( for me LoL) in the day. I think maybe my hands aren't as shakey.

But we will see after I've done some yard work. One thing is I suddenly have

lots of energy. I think it's probably from 6 weeks off tx & half a dose of

Elavil combo. Have done lots of spring yard work. Love my tractor & dump cart! I

keep waiting for the " sky to fall " . Ya know, pay the price thing. Temperment

good; I like being able to actually accomplish somethin! Now next week I go to

one Elavil every other day.

But new prob; I'm talking loud gibberish all night .Woke myself up last night

wondering who the woman was in my house? B. H. Hubby exasperated. Keeps waking

me up. Hell, one of us (me)needs a night's sleep. Just a passing thought: wonder

if I stutter in my sleep? B. H. Hubby says not even entertaining ; just

gibberish at 4:00 a.m . Oh well, I feel rested...

FYI: I'm still loosing my hair big time. And what I still have is broken off at

about 2-3 inches. It is actually dead looking. Today I'm gonna figure out a look

with ball cap or do-rag. Possible both to tame the wispy strands that like to

pop out.

I didn't really start loosing my hair till at end of tx. Just another " funnin'

by my body !
