Thanks for the inclusions of the HIV issues! I have been warned, and the reason

is that the virus starts replicating again and changing into more resistant

strains. So I don't/won't miss a one!

I do have a question about HCV - first blood test after being diagnosed. What

does that blood test look for, other than viral load?

I need to have this done to see if I need more drugs to treat both. I am doing

well on the ART's so far, but dread those for HCV from all the stories I hear

here! LOL.

Hi Rod

I only get two types of HCV labs, every 6 months -

- Viral load

- Liver Function [AST/ALT, etc]
