Guest guest
Ditto what Don just said. You will discover that we share some pretty personal stuff if we need someones advice or thier experience. I ve been on here about a year now ( yea! an anniversary !!) and when I joined I was completely un educated about the Virus. And all the many other splended things that HepC brings into our lives. I had Hep Docs tell me such misinformation that you wouldn't believe! My favorite is " HepC has no symtoms , Liver has no feeling " Partly true; liver has no nerves but the membrane around liver and all the rest of your body does. And then there are all the Non-Hepatic things. Like Fibro etc. But by the time I was ready, emotionally, to treat I was extremely educated. I would " interview " Drs. And I've even been known to set the record ( and Dr) straight. I was comforted by the knowledge that I had " Knowledge " . And comforted by knowing this group " has my back " . So, as I said, when needed, we share some pretty strange stuff. But that's because we know that we are in a safe place. And then there are the times we cut-up and share a good giggle or two.
