Guest guest
I didn't remember anything about that either.. watching it again...On Sun, Mar 6, 2011 at 12:15 PM, Cynde Moya <cyndemoya@...> wrote: I watched this twice and didn’t hear her say anything, not one word, about NT Factor – or fatigue. Wuzzup with that, Butch? I sure would like to find something good for fatigue! Once, a psychiatrist prescribed Provigil, or Modafinil. That works pretty good for an occasional boost, when I am not on treatment. The price on those have gone up to $25 a pill, so that’s it for Provigil and me. The current doc suggested Adderall / Ritalin. My insurance, which does not cover Provigil, recommends substituting bennies, straight speed. That could be fun, eh? Guest guest
ButchI hate to tell you; but, fatigue is the hardest side affect on all of us. A lot of what we have been talking about in the past week or so, is what works for whom, as a sleeping pill.I love my sleeping pill; but, let me tell you about last night because it is not uncommon for me. I went to bed a little earlier than usual. Already I had swallowed my BP pill, my Zopiclone (sleep) and 3 pills called Flexeril by trade name. Now, my Pharmacist was already shocked that I was taking at least 2 before bed, so he would fall right over if he knew it was 3 now. Anyway, I usually always have at least another 1/2 of a Zopiclone next to my bed, just in case. Well, last night was one of those. I woke up about 4 hours of sleep and it didn't seem that my body was going to let me go back to sleep, so I took the 1/2. Well, that helped me for about another 3 hours. I don't do early mornings to begin with; but, I also knew that 5:30 am was far too early. So, I tossed, turned and slept a little some. But, I always wake up tired!!! It's an effort to get out of bed, every single day!! Now, I was always an insomniac, so the problem did not begin with Hep C. However, the tx definitely made it harder and now, it's the Fibro. So, I just do the best I can.Why I said all that, was to hopefully warn you that even at $1.00 per pill, they may not work. Perhaps, if you can get a prescription, only buy say 15 or 30 of them. That way it wouldn't be breaking the bank. Actually, come to think of it. Our system up here only allows me to have a 30 day supply of the sleeping pills. It seem like a hoot to me because, I was allowed to get all 90 days of my anti-depressant; but, not my sleeping pills.Gloria The girl in video said to take NT Factor for fatigue. Guest guest
Not for sleep I hope!! Straight speed and I'd be able to go for days with no sleep. However, I saw what that Ritalin did to my granddaughter some years ago. About 20 minutes after a pill, her head would hang and her tongue would literally hang out of her mouth. Just prior to the pill, we were sitting in a restaurant with her Dad, just waiting for our breakfast to come. Geez, it was terrible. She could not even eat that breakfast she was looking forward to. In all of the time that I ever saw her, I sure didn't see anything hyperactive. She does have learning disabilities etc. because of her birth. But, hyper is definitely not one of them.Gloria I watched this twice and didn’t hear her say anything, not one word, about NT Factor – or fatigue. Wuzzup with that, Butch?
