Guest guest
I am finding that I don't get as many pantry items as I used to, so spend more time at the butchers and greengrocers than the supermarket. As far as pantry items go though, I get bread (if I haven't already been to the baker and got the good stuff), smoked chicken, lean ham, cottage cheese, salsa, diet soda, milk, canned fruit, fat free jello, chicken bacon, oatmeal, stone ground flour, that kind of thing. > Well, my boyfriend and I had a big fight last night until 2 am. Therefore, I didn't end up working out this morning because I was so tired. So I decided to make this my free day instead of tomorrow as it was planned. I'm going to go grocery shopping either tonight or tomorrow night. Would anyone want to give me maybe an example of your weekly shopping list, just for yourself? That might give me some ideas, now that I kind of know what I'm doing. I noticed that a lot of recipes have similar ingredients. Maybe it will help me. > >
Guest guest
, I'll post my list but if you do a search in the archives I think a few people posted theirs awhile ago. Also if you go to 's blog I think she might have her's there. Chicken breasts Extra lean ground turkey Eggs CC Potatoes Beans (various) Oatmeal Barley Fruit: usually what is on sale, but almost always granny smith apples Veggies: sale items and always tomatoes and mushrooms, I can tolerate most things if I add these two items Colleen > Well, my boyfriend and I had a big fight last night until 2 am.
