I asked for a bone density test on Monday 1/31/11 and my doc said not til 65? she did do labs to see what i am low on. I take milk thistle, vit c, vit d, calcium, flax seed oil caps, some times multiable B, which I may need more often(gives energy),Fibro in the connective tissues pull on the bones when tight..b/c our tissues hold us together, our muscles r wrapped with connective tissue also oragans kinda like the glue that holds our body together. I use massage, heat, ice, bath soaks, stretching, none of my meds have an anti-inflammatory, so I am thinking of baby asprin, Dr. Oz reccommends, that it is good for blood clots etc.. No ALCOHOL!! I have seen many go fast if they drank..not even wine!! lots of water, veggies, fruit, protein (nuts, eggs, chicken, tuna in water), I always have oats for breakfast with fruit n nuts, I work hard to stay alive till a new tx comes along that I can tolerate..the main thing is not to PANIC! go with the flow, u r what u eat! hang in there, stay positive! Don, does a wonderful job researching n keeping us informed (library at our finger tips) wish I had it when I tx'd in 04. Positive light headed your way! Guest guest
so the bone pain could be from the tendons and ligaments and muscles pulling on them, causing like a smashin type issue, therefor causing the pain...makes sense, accept I don't alwyas have muscle pain and I always have bone pain... the only tim the muscles act up is when I do somehting...like today, I deep cleaned my kitchen, I can't scrub like I use to be able to, for the muscles won't allow it, andby the time I finsih that one small room, my muscles are shaking and my bones do then really ache.....so I can see this as the cause behind the intensified pain upon doing small tasks, but still don't think it behind the constant pain when I am doing nothign but sitting Don has done an awesome job with numerous articles and angles...Greatly appreciated Tonni Brende Wife, Mother, Grandma too...
