Hi Steve

I also have Celiac's Disease, and am Gluton intolerent.

This is probably caused by having HCV, according to what articles I have read.

HCV causes a great deal of digestive issues, because the liver is affected, and the liver is a major player in our digestive tract.

It is possible that after one treats and cures the HCV, this condition may vanish.

In the meantime - limit or avoid refined grains and breadstuffs [breads, pizza dough, white rice, etc].

This is what I do, and I have less problems with this condition.

You can control this condition with a proper diet.

Hello All,I'm continually awed by some of the stories I read here. Particularly Don's (and others) life experiences. As part of my last blood work Dr. ordered a test for Celiac's Disease as that may have an effect on the AST/ALT #'s. He called last night...I'm now the not-so-proud owner of Celiac's Disease...a hereditary trait whose ONLY treatment is to follow a Gluten Free diet...forever.So that's my bizarre twist of fate...I know...it could be worse. Other's may want to request your Dr. to look for this in future blood tests...it is carried by 1% of the population.Steve in Napa, CA------------------------------------
