Guest guest
TrudyI am soooo happy for you!!! See, it's not all in your head! It's hard to believe that the Drs didn't clue in about the drugs you were already taking.Today I went to a dentist to get started about surgically removing what little teeth I have left. They felt that it was so important that they knew exactly what medication I was taking that they called the Pharmacy. Wow, is this dentist ever thorough and yet she's so nice.Gloria Went to see Internist this morning. He evaluated my balance and coordanation. I exceled. A bit off on the " dualing " finger snapping. But I couldn't do it at all before. He told me to walk across room. Then he was laughing trying to slow me down. It was his Feel Good moment as a Dr. It must make him feel good to see how far I've come. Anyway, no more Elavil ( you hear that Teri?) starting the Celexa tonight. Have another bladder infection. Antibiotics and bladder- retraining. HA! Exercise for my bladder! Then he went over my labs the oncologist ordered. Some weren't in yet. But CBC and Light Chains ALL NORMAL. I am "normal". I am on the way to recovering and being the healthy person I barely remember. I have been fighting this and faking healthy since 2002. Staying on weekly injections of B12 for another six weeks. Will try injections every 14 days after that. It took years of B12 shortage to get to this point and will take a while to get B12 normal. Will need my liver to recover then the B12 will get better natually. Any way, sorry for so long of a post. I'm encouraged and eager to enjoy a Healthy Me.
