Guest guest
Thanks Patty, I'm not sure what he meant by " a mess " either but I will find out tomorrow. I am glad to hear about the settling in part because I have peaked down my bandage and things don't look very promising. I had to come to San Diego alone and I am dreading showing my husband on Sunday when I go back. Glad to hear things will look better, at least I sure feel better. I love being able to feel my chest again. I'll stay in touch. jan > Jan! > Congratulations! Woo hoo! Free at last! I'm very happy for you, and am so glad to hear that your surgery went well. Sounds like you have had some immediate improvements, which is awesome to hear, no doubt! Hmmmm, I wonder what " it was a mess " meant, besides the obvious? Did he have to remove breast tissue for sure? I am sure he made you look great, you will see in a few days. And remember that things have to " settle in " for awhile before you know how you are really going to look. I am sure you are going to look fine, and will soon be shopping for some pretty new bras. > > I'm sorry to hear about the barfing incident, oh well, I hope you have an understanding brother in law! That happens sometimes. I remember my husband had to stop at the Saguaro National Park for a glass of water for me, I was so thirsty, and the park entrance was right on our way home (we lived out in the boonies of Tucson). It was only a few more miles to our house, but I was so thirsty, I begged him for water! I guess I should consider myself lucky that I didn't throw it all up. > > Thanks for keeping us posted. Keep us updated on your healing, okay? So happy for you that it is over and yes, that you didn't reimplant with saline! God bless you Jan! > Hugs, > Patty > ----- Original Message ----- > From: dogsbrkn > > Sent: Thursday, June 26, 2003 6:04 AM > Subject: been set free indeed > > > Hi girls, > My surgery went well on Monday, I love Dr. Gilbert Lee and can highly > recommend him.
