Guest guest
Well I've always had a sweet tooth. These days, with appetite changes, if I can't stomach or force myself to real food, I can still manage to eat some cake or tapioca pudding or something like that.-Cynde Re: [ ] Bananas / Don Okay, this is another one of those "I read it somewhere but I don't know where" things. Guest guest
It's freakin' ridicuous ! I never ate sweets. Would go without if there was donuts on table. Even as a kid. Friends would spend their allowance on candy. Not me. Would rather have a corn dog ( go figure!) or pig in a blanket from C-store.This is why I've gained 30 pounds since last spring! And I can't seem to resist, really. If I do I will just double up later. Aww hell I double up anyway!" Guest guest
I find myself drifting to the bakery section at the grocery store now.... that's really bad. I decide I want donuts in the middle of the night... thank god Dunkin Donuts is open 24 hours..... And honesty, give me a choice between something sweet and a steak and I take the steak every time. ' Mmmmm steak..... Hugs,TeriWhen you are up to your ass in alligators it's hard to remember that your initial objective was to drain the swamp. Guest guest
I THINK I LOST MY FEET... HAVEN'T SEEN THEM SINCE I GOT BOOBS! LOL Hugs,Teri I'd love to let a few people walk a mile in my shoes but I doubt they would last more than 10 minutes. I think that I developed that sweet tooth away back before the diagnosis. It drove me crazy that I had gotten so fat! Yet, changing my habits etc. did nothing for any loss. But, I tell you, after this last tx helped me lose 30 lbs and the operation was another 10, you couldn't have found a happier person. Now, I'm still overweight and would love to lose another 20 lbs; but, just being able to see my feet was exciting.
