Guest guest
Here you go Trudy... What are the symptoms? If your vitamin B12 deficiency is mild, you may not have symptoms or you may not notice them. Some people may think they are just the result of growing older. As the anemia gets worse, you may: Feel weak, tired, and lightheaded. Have pale skin. Have a sore, red tongue or bleeding gums. Feel sick to your stomach and lose weight. Have diarrhea or constipation. If the level of vitamin B12 stays low for a long time, it can damage your nerve cells. If this happens, you may have: Numbness or tingling in your fingers and toes. A poor sense of balance. Depression. Dementia, a loss of mental abilities.Hugs,Teri On Thu, Mar 10, 2011 at 7:14 AM, trudykinsey@... <trudykinsey@...> wrote: Anyway, lack of B-12 can cause Brain Fog,stomach issues, bowel issues, balance issues, more than I can remember. Guest guest
Hey, can one of you send that information my way too. Remember that fall I took a few weeks back, which likely knocked me out for awhile. Also, I find that if it's fairly dark anywhere, I seem to lose my balance a lot. If someone was watching me as I take a flash light to go to my truck. I stagger like a drunk!! Anyway, lack of B-12 can cause Brain Fog,stomach issues, bowel issues, balance issues, more than I can remember. Teri sent me the results of her search.
