s, Blair & Co. is a healthcare marketing research firm. We have been assigned the task of learning about the experiences of patients who have been diagnosed with hepatitis C. We would like to offer an opportunity for these patients to participate in our 60-minute research interview. Participants will receive $75 for sharing their experiences with us. We hope that you will take a minute to review this letter and consider passing on the attached invitation to patients whom you believe might be interested in participating. Details of this study are as follows:

- 60-minute interview, conducted by telephone

- Scheduled at their convenience starting at the end of April through the middle of May

- Participants are patients who have seen their doctor in the past year for Hepatitis C or patients who have received a prescription for Hepatitis C from their doctor within the past 5 years

- Each participant will receive $75 for his/her time

- Responses will remain completely confidential.

This research is not promotional in any way.

Attached is a one-page invitation outlining the details of the project for you to post. Participants must be age 21 or older.
