Guest guest
Well, I did some research, and am probably still obviously anemic (I've taken 5000 mcg B12/day now for about a month) Please, NO LIVER! And folate is high, I take 800 mcg of folic acid 3t/day(tl:2400mcg) maybe too much, huh, as that is high? Any suggestions for getting my anemia under control? I also take 225 mcg Kelp every day. BUT, I was wrong, the SGPT measure the liver enzymes that leak into the blood, and from last September, it's down from 30.45 to 21.26 (ave. of 11. - 40.) That must be a good sign, huh?
