I dont know about either of them personally, but I do know that the west coast has some very good doctors.

Here in the midwest boondocks not so much.

I'm supposed to go see Hepatologist Dr. Amankonah this week.

Has anybody visited him? Know anything about him? Any experiences or feedback?

Swedish Medical Center in Seattle recently put in an Organ Transplant Program, which he is part of. He also does general Liver consults.

The other Hepatologist in Seattle that I know of is Maggie Shuhart. Anybody have any experience with her?

Thanks for replying. That vitals.com website is sure a great idea, but thin in actual information or feedback. Well, I'll have to let you know what I think about this Doc myself.
