Guest guest
Alley I know what you mean about the insurance - mine is not the greatest through where I work but it sure has helped us through this past year and a half. I can't imagine trying to get through this with out it. My husbands mouth healed up real fast from the extractions and hoping that is a good sign that his liver has rejuvenated some from all the suffering he has gone through from the combo. Hoping you are well and continue to get better. Winne

Guest guest
Well it looks like and I may have a long wait.... but I have other news too Friday I started back to the fertility doctor.... if all goes well and I conceive as easily as I did with , my hubby and I may have another little bundle of joy in about 1 years time... give or take a few months.... that will make to children under 2 years old at the same time. this was a big step especially for my hubby... he is a little scared that we could have a repeat though he is much calmer about it then he was two weeks after vickie was born... but with me 38 and my hubby 44 (though he denies it) we feel that since I have always wanted 3 children that the sooner we did it, the less likely that hubby will be 70 with kids since in school....So I am back on another rollercoaster... wish me luck ann wife to webb jr since 84 mommy to webb lll since 91 and victoria since 6/
Guest guest
Hello Ann: It is very typical for child with DS to get teeth late - for instance Noah (17 mos.) just cut his first two teeth at the same time last week. I hope this helps ease your mind. It will probably be a long wait. Mommy to - 3 NDA and Noah - 17 mos. Guest guest
Hi Dawn, My son (NDA) had this happen. His dentist told us to leave them alone & that when the perm teeth grew out, the baby teeth would let loose on their own. I know of other's whose dentist wanted to pull the baby teeth. I think it depends on each situation & each child. I have seen kids where the perm teeth grew in & the baby teeth stayed as well & HAD to be pulled. If it were my child, I would have them checked with a good pediatric dentist.....IMHO. ~Sandy O.
Guest guest
, Yes, we've had this happen with Heidi. Her first 8 teeth or so all came in this way. I was nervous at first. But our dentist said to give it a few months, which we did. The baby tooth still didn't fall out, so he pulled it. It went that way for the next 7 teeth. After the first time, though, I waited a couple of months before taking her. Then the dentist just pulled the baby tooth out without us having to go back again. Heidi just this month, at the ripe old age of 10 3/4, had two of her molars come out on their own. First time ever! And, yes you should probably call the dentist to have him/her look at it. B Mom to Heidi 10 DS, Caleb 10 NDA, Corrie 9 DS and Mae 5 DS Now I see that he has a tooth coming in where the baby tooth hasn't fallen out yet! Has anyone else had this happen? Should I call the dentist?
Guest guest
This happened to . We took her to the dentist. He decided to get an orthodontist consult at this time, due to the beginning of overcrowding in her mouth, and the fact he predicted she would need braces in the future, which she will. The orthodontist took x-rays, pictures, etc., and recommended which teeth for the dentist to pull. She had the teeth pulled. One of the teeth that was coming in behind has moved on its own to the proper position, the other has moved some, but not completely. So yes, I would definitely call the dentist. And was 8 when we took her to the orthodontist. -- Sharon, Mom to (9, DS) and (5) Now I see that he has a tooth coming in where the baby tooth hasn't fallen out yet! Has anyone else had this happen? Guest guest
Try PHOSPHORUS - made by Carlson. I have been eating the BTD for about 5 weeks now. I have had an ongoing problem with my teeth hurting for about two years now. Lost two teeth due to bad root canals and the one next to it getting infected as well. Now the teeth on the other side of my mouth are very sensitive - to heat and cold, the air, etc. As well, I am aware of a dull ache in my jaw, my teeth move so much I am never sure where my " bite " will be. I am under the care of a wonderful naturopathic dentist, who has removed all metal fillings, used only materials my body muscle tests for and is working with me to save my teeth. There seems to be swelling under the molars, lymph drainage massage works temporarily, but I am wondering if there is anything else anyone knows that I could do to help the process of healing along. Thank you, Betsy
Guest guest
You will probably find that once your sinuses have cleared out after some time on the diet, your teeth aches will disappear too. This is what I experienced. What you can do to help the healing along is Tea Tree Essential Oil. If you can't stand the taste in your mouth, massage it onto you neck, cheeks and around your ears.
