Try a fav cinnamon swirl bread toasted with a quick smoothy. Just 1 or 2% milk, a few frozen strawberries, already sliced, a sliced banana & a spoonful of light yogurt. You don't have to use a blender. Just make in any spill proof container( martini shaker?) and shake, then enjoy. Any light breakfast of your choice will jumpstart your metabolisim. Only takes a few minuites. And you are worth it!! Save the earth...
