Many Pharm Companys have financial aid programs to help you. They get a tax write-off for helping you. If you cannot find what you need here, then you can still ask your doctor or Pharmacy for help. They are in contact with the Pharm Company reps. There may be other resources where you live also - churches, social programs, etc, and your job may have some sort of assistance program also [health insurance]. If you have little or no income, you might apply with Social Security for SSDI or SSI. SSDI goes by your income for the past 10 years, and provides Medicare Insurance. SSI is for those who are pennyless, and provides free Medicaid assistance. It might take a couple of years to be approved for SS, so the sooner you start, the sooner you can recieve help. Just phone your local SS office, and make an appointment to begin the process. A SS lawyer is also useful, and you might find one of these theough your local Legal Aid program. Remember that SS usually turns people down once or twice with a nonsence excuse, but the third time you apply, you will see a judge and they usually approve you.
