Hi All, I could not find much about after treatment for Hep C.

http://health.dir./group/ /links/009F___AFTER_TREATMENT_001257836297/BUT--treatment cures Hep C --Hep C causes liver damage--I have not found articles stating that treatment cures the damage to the liver that has already been done by the virus. It does stop any new/future damage from the virus as the virus is gone.

http://health.dir./group/ /links/009E___LIVER_REGENERATION_001257596588/Therefore, I would believe that a liver friendly diet/lifestyle and NO alcohol should be continued after treatment to aid in ongoing liver repair and health. Alcohol is damaging to the liver without Hep C. Although the forum concentrates on liver damage--alcohol also can cause brain damage. In the same line of thinking, I would believe that using supplements that help liver health would be very helpful to the liver after treatment.
