Guest guest
Hi Anita I am don in ks. No, liver biopsys are not bad. The liver is not 'cut'. They numb a person, and use a long needle, and take a few tiny pieces from select spots. It only takes a second, and most people have no complications, and little pain. These samples can tell you and the doctor how sick your liver is - [good stuff to know]. Here are a couple of videos - click on these links - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N30cpR1RWQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXTdt_ZtlgM & feature=related The thought of having the proceedure is far worse than the actual proceedure itself. The surgeons are quite experianced and professional about doing them. In my opinion, it is a wise move to make. Why can you not treat? What natural protocals do you use? love don in ks From: anitamarm <anitamarm@...>Subject: [ ] Are Biopsies Bad? Date: Wednesday, May 11, 2011, 3:12 PM Been hep c positive for a gazillion years. They say I am not a candidate for treatment. So, I've been on natural remedies and I'm actually doing pretty good even the liver fucntion. They still want to do the biopsy even though all other tests were good except the viral load. My thoughts are well if my liver is ill maybe cutting it may not be so good. Why do that if no treatment anyway. I would like to get some feedback, anybody out there???------------------------------------
Guest guest
OOh Thanks for your input. I only use what I know to be tried and true. Since I found out, back in the 90's. I take religiously Super Milk Thistle Vitamin C Garlic Activated Charcoal I also have other ailments I take naturals for so who knows maybe something else is helping that I am unaware of. Doc says I might already have cirrosis, taking all tests for now biopsy maybe last. I am not a candidate because of many reasons... Also had hep b genotype 1a other physical concerns emotional side effects some say viral load too high...35million last checked, I know they say that is only for treatment but I like to watch it anyway. The lousey results my liver function tests consistantly testing normal But now new things are happening changing the picture a bit. If I understand this texting stuff, for those sent a link to their site thank you but i probably will not go, just don't have the energy for all of that but Thank you. , what else any tips??? > > > From: anitamarm <anitamarm@...> > Subject: [ ] Are Biopsies Bad? > > Date: Wednesday, May 11, 2011, 3:12 PM > > > Been hep c positive for a gazillion years.
