Guest guest
Hi Thank you for your thoughts. You have probably heard me say that a good diet, lifestyle, and thinking are the 3 keys to good health. [This is just common sence.] If you will be serious about following this protocal, it may not cure you, but it will definately help make you healthier. The healthier you get, the better you will feel physically and mentally. And the better that you feel, the more able you will be to face the strife in life. I hate it that you feel so bad that life doesnt seem worth living. No one should have to feel that way, in my opinion. Even though I too suffer each day, I still feel that I am blessed to be able to experiance this life that I have been given. I look on life as a great gift, and try to stay positive enough to enjoy what time I have left. I have always said that I want to go to my grave 'content', and I do the best that I can to make that a fact. Im going to go out on a limb here, and tell you some things that I truely believe. No one else has to believe this way if they dont wish to. Each to their own - but this is my path, from my understanding. 1 - I am more than this body. This body is just a suit of clothes that I inhabit for now. One day I will change my clothes, but that doesnt mean that the 'me' will end. I dont know for sure what will happen after I die, but I do believe that my conciousness and my spirit are eturnal. - Science has also proven that our life force is energy, and they have proven that no one can creat or destroy energy. 2 - Attitude = Altitude. A persons attitude determines how good they feel about life. - A bad attitude = a bad day. - A good attitude = a good day. Thus it is very important that we try to focus on the good and the positive. 3 - I am stronger than any 'demon' that trys to have its way with me. I prove this to myself every day by ignoring my suffering, and focusing instead on something good [like helping out in this group]. I find that by doing this, time passes without my awareness, and so does my suffering. Doing this not only helps me forget that I hurt, but when I am again aware of my surroundings [suffering], it doesnt seem quite as bad. Im glad that you dont have Chronic HCV, or drink alcohol. Both things can be a real bummer. Besides, you have enough to deal with. So smile my friend, and......NEVER GIVE UP. love don in ks --------------------------------------------------------------- Hi, I have an opinion. That is if your interested. I developed Leaky Gut Syndrome and it is most likely from drinking during my 20s and all the way up to the age of 47. Binging mostly. I would get drunker than a skunk and the next day feel like holy crap!! Sometimes it would be 2 days before I would feel back to normal. So, when i found out i had LGS i quit drinking and I was sick of it anyway. Time to put it down. So this May 28th will be 3 yrs. off any type of alcohol. Now the thought of it makes my stomach churn. As far as i know, i won't ever drink again, but i don't know. My life right now is so screwed up and i am so depressed and have so much anxiety mostly because of my living environment and my illness. I always feel ill and am in a lot of pain due to Fibromyalgia which is also caused by LGS. I also have heavy metal toxicity and candida I can not for the life of me get rid of. NO dr. both MD or naturopath have a clue how to help. SO the anger and the stress and pain are here to stay bcause no one will help me to get well or at least feel better. I have seen 16 doc's in all and am done with them. But yea, i see where you are comin from sorta. I don't have Hep. C but at one time i did and my body fought it off, so now I only have the antibody. Lucky i guess. BUT i do suffer daily all the time. And am going to forever until i decide to stop living. I will be damned if i am going to stick around and feel this sick and in this much pain for 20-30ish more yrs. I hope this helps ya and you find answers hon.
