Rita, The burning is mainly in my back. However, sometimes it goes all over my body. It even sometimes goes into the top of my head. It feels hot like a sunburn but I can tell it is coming from within. I have had my implants for 3 years in June and this has been going on for a year and a half. Nine months of that I was pregnant with my daughter. It got really bad during my pregnancy. My daughter is 5 months old and it is not gone. I am questioning that it may be my implants. It is the worst when I lay down or sit down and get still. Does this sound anything like what you have? Thanks for your response! Does it feel hot, is it stingy, electrical....how would you describe it? Numbness and burning were my very first symptoms of my illness, and at Dr. Feng's office said theses were classic for silicone illness. Since I have not been explanted yet, I can't tell you if these will get better, I am very anxious to find out.I was in a medical chatroom with a lot of MS patients, and I really did not relate to them very much. They had more paralysis, but they never really talked about numbness or any burning. They all seemed to have a lot of double vision problems too.I am praying for you, hang in there. From my short time here, you found the right place. Hugs,Ritarobert quigle <quigle77@...> wrote: , Thank you so much for emailing a response back to me about the burning issue. I have not been explanted. I do not have any other symptom besides burning. I guess I have been trying to figure out if this is what is causing it. I have been tested for everything and the doctors can't find anything wrong with me. I had some other issues about 2 years ago with numbness and pain but they went away and I have had burning for a year and a half. I have just recently discovered that it may be my implants! I am scared and worried sick about the surgery. I am scared of what I will look like when the implants are out. I know my health comes first but I am still scared. I was a small "B" and I went up to a "D". I am worried if I will have any breast tissue left or if it will all be flattened out. How was your outcome? Were you flat at first? Did your breast tissue slowly expand back out? It is not going back to the size that I was before that scares me. It is being flatter because of the implants! Did you have to have a lift? Were your implants above or below the muscle? I know this is a lot of questions but all of these things are on my mind. Also, I am concerned about the burning not going away. I hope I have not ruined my body forever. If you can answer any of my questions I will be truly grateful!! Thanks, (quigle77@...)
